1. Service Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of the CoCrm.ai CRM platform ("Service") provided by Visiontech Co F.Z.C ("CoCrm.ai", "we" or "our"). By using the Service, you accept these terms.
2. Service Definition
2.1 Platform Features
CoCrm.ai CRM is a comprehensive CRM and automation platform developed for operations and gaming operators. The platform includes the following core modules:
- Automatic Bonus Management System
- Affiliate and Link Masking Module
- Segmentation System
- Risk and Fraud Automation
- Interaction and Reporting Modules
- SEO and Integration Tools
2.2 Service Level
We offer 99.9% uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Technical support is provided 24/7 via email and phone.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Account Security
- Keep your account information confidential and prevent unauthorized access
- Use strong passwords and change them regularly
- Report suspicious activities immediately
- Be responsible for all activities on your account
3.2 Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
- Attempting to bypass security measures or damage the system
- Violating other users' rights
- Sending spam or harmful content
- Reverse engineering the platform
- Sharing account credentials with others
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Fees
- Module-based pricing or Full Package options are available
- A one-time setup fee of $2,500 USD applies
- Monthly subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each month
- Prices may change with prior notice
- 5% discount applies on quarterly payments
4.2 Payment Terms
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or other approved methods. Service may be suspended for late payments. Contact our sales team for refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Platform Ownership
The CoCrm.ai CRM platform, all its content, software, design and documentation are owned by CoCrm.ai and protected by copyright laws.
5.2 Usage License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use only. You do not have the right to copy, modify, distribute or sell the platform.
5.3 Customer Data
Data you upload to the platform remains your property. CoCrm.ai uses this data only to provide the service and does not share it with third parties.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability Limitations
7.1 Service Guarantee
Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We strive to maintain service quality with reasonable effort.
7.2 Damage Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoCrm.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental or special damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
7.3 Third Party Integrations
The platform integrates with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability and performance of these services.
8. Contract Termination
8.1 Termination by Customer
You can terminate your subscription with 30 days written notice. Paid fees are evaluated according to our refund policy.
8.2 Termination by CoCrm.ai
We may immediately terminate the contract for violation of terms, non-payment or other serious reasons. Access to your data is provided upon termination.
8.3 After Termination
You have the right to download your data within 30 days after contract termination. After this period, data is permanently deleted from the system.
9. Changes and Updates
9.1 Platform Updates
We continuously develop the platform. New features, improvements and bug fixes are released regularly. Significant changes are announced in advance.
9.2 Terms Updates
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are notified via email. Continuing to use the service after updates means you accept the new terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 Negotiation
In case of any dispute, resolution is first sought through good faith negotiation.
10.2 Arbitration
Unresolved disputes are referred to arbitration according to the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules.
10.3 Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
11. General Provisions
- Contract integrity: Invalidity of one provision does not affect other provisions
- Transfer prohibition: Customer cannot transfer this agreement without CoCrm.ai's written consent
- Waiver: Non-exercise of a right does not mean waiver of that right
- Notifications: Official notifications are sent to the registered email address
- Complete agreement: This Agreement represents the complete agreement between parties
